RULES OF THE COMPETITION

§ 1. INITIAL PROVISIONS

1.The organizer of the competition (reffered to in the regulations as the "Competition"), is the LOCALPLAY platform (referred to in the regulations as the "Organizer")

2. The award's sponsor is a bookstore Labotiga.pl.

3. The competition is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook is a registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.

4. The competition is takes place on the website (called "Fanpage"): https://www.facebook.com/LOCAL... and https://www.instagram.com/loca... in the competition post (called the Post). This is one competition and the Winner will be selected jointly from both profiles. 

§ 2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1.Only natural persons, consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, with full legal capacity, with the exception of the Organizer's employees and the Organizer itself can participate in the competition. 

2. Terms of participation:

a. verified facebook account, 

b. giving an answer to the competition task "Write which book you would like to receive and justify your choice" in the comment under the Post.

c. an account on LOCALPLAY platform

d. tagging two people in the comment or comment in response to the answer (applies only to the Instagram competition). 

3. The competition starts on 23rd of April 2020 and ends on 30th of April 2020.    

4.The Organizer is not responsible for any disruptions in the operation of ICT links, servers, interfaces, browsers and the Facebook platform and the Competition Application.

5.The organizer is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the Facebook page or application.

§ 3. AWARDS

1. The main prize in the Competition is: 

The selected book from the Labotiga bookstore, pl (SQN Publishing House), which at the time of award selection is available in the store (you can order "buy now").

2.The Winners are not entitled to exchange the Prizes for cash or any other type of prize.

3.The Winner may waive the Prize, but will not be entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize in return.

§ 4. PRINCIPLES OF AWARDING PRIZES

1.The Main Prize will be awarded to the participant selected by the Organizer's team after the end of the Competition. The choice will be based on the most interesting answer to the competition task.

2.The Competition Winners will be notified of the prize and the terms of receipt of the Prize via a message sent on Facebook or Instagram.

3.Information about winning the Main Prize will be sent to the Winner within 5 working days from the end of the competition.

4.Material prizes will be issued to the Winners at the Organiser's expense by postal mail delivered within Poland.

5.The organizer has the right to provide the Winner's details on the organizer's Fanpage.

6.The prize will be sent to the address indicated by the Winner within 30 days from the date of sending the address details.

7.The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize for reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular in the event of failure to provide or incorrect data.

8.In cases of detecting actions inconsistent with the Regulations and any attempts to influence the selection of the Winner in an unauthorized manner, in particular by setting up fictitious private accounts on Facebook, the given Participant may be excluded from the Competition.

§ 5. COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition should be submitted by the Participants in writing during the Competition, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Prizes.

2.A complaint submitted after the deadline has no legal effect.

3.A written complaint should include the name, surname, exact address of the Participant as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the address and details of the Organizer.

4.Complaints will be considered and answered in writing within 30 days.

§ 7. FINAL PROVISIONS

1.In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.

2.Disputes related to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court competent for the seat of the Organizer.

3.The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Competition during its duration. Information about the changes will be posted on the Fanpage.

4.The specific conditions of the Competition are specified in the Contest Application or are included in the application logic.
